Uncle Ben Villiarimo’s Ka Ulu Wehi O Ke Kai Limu Lipoa Chili Water is from the kitchen of one of Hana, Maui’s most beloved loea limu. Made from a base stock of Hawaiian chili pepper lipoa consommé, it’s flavors are steeped in the aromatic taste of plants collected from mauka to makai.
Ingredients: Limu lipoa from Hana, Maui; ocean water, ʻalaea paʻakai; Hawaiian chili peppers, lemongrass, garlic, egg whites, plum (Kula Fresh) pickled Japanese style, Maui onion
